Sub-processors

podQuery uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver the service. Each is bound by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and (where the processor is outside the EU) by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Tenants are notified at least 30 days in advance of any addition to this list.

Changes to this list

When a new sub-processor is added, all active customers are notified by email at least 30 days before the new vendor begins processing tenant data. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent change.

Objection right

If you object to a new sub-processor, you may terminate your subscription before the 30-day notice period expires by writing to contact@podquery.ai. We will refund any unused portion of your billing period.
